They have denied booking from booking.com and told us not to book any property from booking.comThey charged us more that 2000 more amount and staff were very rude during conversation. I am recommending not to book or visit this property since I will complain against it. My worst experience with this hotel. Even they are not ready to listen anything about booking.com and saying that it's fake site and charged so much amount as much as they want.

Location is close to railway station and sarwate bus station. Rooms are spacious and interiors are well maintained. Overall it was a good value for money hotel.
Cleanliness could've been better, for example the drawer of the dressing table was stinking possibly was never opened or cleaned since ages. Staff could have been pro-active, I wanted an early checkin tried to call the hotel multiple times on phone but no one responds. When I reached at the location I was informed alloting room would take time as people are yet to checkout ( I arrived at 6 AM in morning and my checkin was at 9:30 AM), eventually I was alloted a room around 7:30 AM. Its just that the staff could have answered the phone call or replied on time in the chat option on booking app.
Website discription is inappropriate and incorrect
Soiled lenins and oily & worn out but not discarded. Ventilation issue & unsafe grilled elevator which is meant for goods & not recommended for Human transfer particularly for safely of Children which can extremely dangerous
THE LOCATION IS JUST NEXT TO THE STATION. GOOD STAFF, THEY ALLOW ME TO STAY MORE THAN THE TIME LIMIT WITHOUT ANY CHARGE REALLY APPRICIATE.
THE ONLY THING I DON'T LIKE ABOUT PROPERTY LOOK DIFFERENT IS THE PHOTO PROVIDED ON BOOKING.COM THE PHOTO UPLOAD IS QUITE OLD PHOTOS. SO LOOK WISE I WAS DISAPPOINTED.
Staff was very supportive. No interference by hotel staff. Chappan and railway station is near to the hotel.
Room size quite small but if u r looking for just staying at night , there will be no issues.
